How to use Chatloop's new features

It’s time to get ready for the highly anticipated Chatloop Orion release! In preparation for the upcoming app update, we're thrilled to give you an inside look of the exciting new features coming to our social media app, and we'll also provide tips on how to make the most of them.

A new way to scroll

With the Orion release, we're introducing an innovative scrolling experience. While you can still scroll up and down as you would on any social media platform, we're taking it a step further by enabling horizontal scrolling. Imagine discovering a captivating loop and wanting to explore related content. Simply swipe left on the loop to reveal related loops. For example, if you stumble upon a loop discussing a trending beauty product, you can effortlessly explore other products people are loving by swiping left.

Tap to suppress

We want your feed to be tailored to your interests, showcasing content that genuinely resonates with you. If you come across any content that isn’t for you, we've got you covered. Just press and hold your finger on the content, and a notification will appear, giving you the option to suppress similar content in the future. This way, we ensure your feed is filled with things you enjoy.

Browsing the web

We've revamped our integrated web browser to deliver even more of the content you love. When you access the browser for the first time by tapping the middle button on the navigation bar, you'll instantly feel at home, as it retains the familiar feed-like layout. You'll also encounter loops that fellow users have shared, providing quick access to exciting web content. Alternatively, if you have a specific website in mind, simply tap the search bar at the top of the page and start typing the website address you wish to visit.

To be among the first to experience the Orion update, make sure to download the Chatloop app from the App Store or Google Play. Don't forget to sign up for email notifications, ensuring you're notified promptly when Orion goes live.
