There’s a whole lot of restaurants on the Manchester scene and you’ll be pleased to know there’s even more new restaurants popping up ahead of the autumn winter season. If you fancy something new? Here’s our round-up of the one’s to start pinning to your list. 

Diecast
The highly anticipated industrial style bar and party venue with NY style pizzas. Weaving together food, drinks and entertainment on a huge scale. The first concept to open, Leno Ex-Machina, has blended together the best of the Naples and New York style pizzas for a modern Mancunian hybrid. The team behind the infamous Ramona have taken the crispy base of an NYC pizza and the super fluffy crusts of the classic Neapolitan variety to forge a super light and fluffy crust with a stronger, crispier base. The menu also features burgers, small plates and flatbreads all produced in house.

Who’d have thought Gorden Ramsey would open a Japanese restaurant? However, the Asian concept store now open on King Street see’s the first out of London come to the city of Manchester, taking home in the old bank. The Japanese and Korean inspired menu features all manner of sushi and sashimi, baos and dumplings. 

Public 

Coming from the team behind NQ hotspots Evelyn's, the Daisy and Mughli, Public is the newest spot to hit the famous sun soaked Stevenson's square. Expect dazzling cocktails and Asian inspired food menu which includes favourites such as Hot Oil Gun Gun noodles, a buttermilk chicken sando and its own house prawn toast. Everything about Public has been considered and it sits high on our list of one not to miss.
